QVL provides veterinary GLP and non GLP testing services in the areas of Hematology, Chemistry, Coagulation and Urinalysis. For Hematology we use an ADVIA 120 made by Siemens (Bayer) and offer CBC/Differential/Reticulocyte counts using the ADVIA Veterinary software package. In addition we prepare and review every slide to ensure analyzer results are valid. For chemistry samples we use an DxC700AU made by Beckman Coulter. We provide multiple chemistry panels and we have the flexibility to create a specific panel for our clients. Coagulation testing is performed on a Stago STA Compact. For coagulation, we offer PT, APTT and Fibrinogen testing.

We provide our testing services for both GLP regulated (21CFR Part 58 compliant) pre-clinical studies as well as for the non-regulated research work. Our services are adapted for individual client needs, from toxicology studies to device implantation studies, when working with clients in the pharmaceutical, medical device, and biotechnology industries.
